Decommissioning Tattoos

In the Holy Name of Jesus, with the authority of my priesthood, through the authority granted to me by Jesus Christ and His Church, through the merits of the Passion, Death, Resurrection, and Ascension of our Lord Jesus and His sending of the Holy Spirit, I invoke the keys of St. Peter and I decommission this tattoo and break and sever + each and every connection between this tattoo and the Evil One and his associates. I exorcise this image and the ink used to make this tattoo and sever each and every connection between this image and ink, and every demon who may have attached themselves to this body as a result of the tattoo. I nullify each and every claim or rights demons may assert to this body and person due to any magical images, symbols or scripts incorporated into the tattoo. And through this holy anointing I consecrate this person and their body to our Lord Jesus Christ through the hands of the Immaculate Virgin Mary and by the sign of HIs Holy Cross. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit (if prudent, trace the sign of the cross over the tattoo with exorcised oil).
