Let us pray to the Lord.

Heavenly King Advocate and Spirit of Truth, You are ever-present and fill all things, treasury of blessings, bestower of life, the Creator of heaven and earth, of the visible and invisible beings.
You who have given to Your disciples and apostles the power to heal every disease and discomfort of men, graciously hearken to me, a sinner at this moment and drive away, make it vanish from your servant (handmaid) N., every evil and impure spirit, every disease and influence, through the supplications and prayers of Your holy apostles Peter and Paul, Mark and Luke, Philip and Matthew, John and Thomas, Andrew and James and all the apostles, the seventy disciples who were able to win over the lord of this world that is the devil to flee. Send them to scamper to the place prepared for him along with his demonic hosts so that they can no longer harm with evil your servant (handmaid) N.
Hear me O Holy Apostles, I beseech you at this moment to protect your servant (handmaid) from every diabolic action, in the name of the + Father and of the + Son and of the + Holy Spirit.

By the grace of Almighty God and our Lord Jesus Christ, I exorcise you unclean spirit. Fear His Holy Name! I exorcise you in the name of the One who made mankind to enter eternal life, whose name is Holy, great, adorable and awesome in all creation. I exorcise you in the name of the One who walked on water, which will never overwhelm the dry land, in the name of the Lord who will come to judge the world, whose name is great and terrible, that the lips of men cannot pronounce. I exorcise you in the name of Him who comes from fire because He is God. At the sound of the trumpet and the horn, from which apparition the heavens will flee to the west and a flaming cloud will appear, the stars will fall then the tribes and the people will gather. I exorcise you in the name of Him who will descend into the depths of the earth and He will break the hardest of rocks.
I exorcise you by the One who will come and place his throne in the heavens and the earth to judge all mankind.
And you, evil spirit, fear the all-devouring fire of Gehenna. Fear Him who has prepared the divine fire and fearful for you, worker of iniquity. Tremble before Him who appeared in the river Jordan, to which sight the Jordan itself hid its face.
And you evil spirit fear and withdraw from this creature. I cast you out in the name of Him who created the heavens and the earth, the sea and all the creatures that are in them. I exorcise you by Him who is clothed with light as with a garment, the only one who has immortality, who is the light that never sets, whose name is blessed forever and ever.

The Lord, great, powerful and terrible, exorcises you, adversarial powers from the servant (handmaid) of God N. He exorcises you breed of brazen dark beings, shameless, you rood of deception, the origin of sin, columns of hell, you demons of darkness, foulness of fire, you evil demons, of bestial pleasure, you children of the devil, adversarial powers, those that fly in the sky, flying on the air, flying in the ethereal, the ones that are on the ground in desert places, that are in lower abyss, that are in the graves, which reside in the woods where one hunts, residing beneath the waters, those who are hiding in the mountains, in caves, cracks in the rock, in places burned and barren, those who rest on the mountains, in the forests, those who sit in the squares, who meet in the streets, who spend their nights in the markets, who surround the cluster of houses, those that fill into the fissures, who are covered under the shade of trees, which surround the cliffs, walking on the ravines, who swim in the rivers, who come to the fountains, all of you who come from anywhere. Leave him (her) who was created by the breath of God, the God whose vengeance cannot be stopped by any obstacles. You who are in the depths of the eternal fire, into the unquenchable fire, into damnation without end. You condemned without mercy by a just judgement, in the deep throes, in the place of fire.
I exorcise you and your whole shameless race. I banish you from this abode, whether it be beautiful or not. I banish you from our irrational image. Do not harm any longer the image, the icon, the creature, the word of God. For great is the anger of the Lord, great is His glory, of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, now and forever and ever. Amen.

God, our God, exorcises the evil spirits from the servant (handmaid) of God. N.
Fear Christ our Lord and Savior, who declared with a good confession before Pontius Pilate, was slapped and beaten and scourged, mocked with a cane, was crucified, buried, and rose on the third day according to the Scriptures, With Himself, He resurrected the bodies of many holy men. He who first showed Himself to Mary Magdalene and the other Mary, then to His disciples. He who ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father and will come again to judge the living and the dead and His kingdom will have no end. He who sent His disciples to proclaim the Word sending them to all the nations and to baptize those who believe in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. He therefore tears you away from mankind and the servant (handmaid) of God N., and all his (her) house, and that you have no more contact with him (her), so that all those who believe in Him, will glorify the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, the only indivisible Trinity, the source of all life, now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen.
