Prayer for the Healing of Memories

Ask the person what sort of problem they have. Is it emotional / psychological, physical or spiritual? You have to ask the person to go back into the memory and to relive and recreate the memory again. The power of the memory in the unconscious has the ability to recreate the physical or emotional impact that the person experienced at the time of the incident.

Then you start healing the memory in Jesus’ Name. For example, “were you ever the victim of abuse, verbal, physical, sexual, psychological or otherwise?” if “yes”, then say:

Please,go right back into that memory now...and invite Jesus to be there with you... Focus your attention on the memory... and try to relive it for a few moments...

In the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, He who is come in the Flesh, I heal that memory, and I command that that memory be entirely healed, in Jesus’ Holy Name, and I bind all spirits of (name the spirits to be bound and cast them out in Jesus Name).

I command the memory to be entirely healed in your unconscious mind, in Jesus’ Holy Name..., that it be removed from your unconscious mind, in Jesus’ Holy Name and that all of your memories connected with that event be entirely and perfectly healed in Jesus name.

(Repeat these 3 steps if necessary)

In the Name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, that memory is Now healed and is entirely gone from your unconscious mind, in Jesus Holy Name.
