(From the Orthodox Euchologion) The Lord has come into the world, has dwelled among men to break your tyranny, O Satan, and to liberate them. He triumphed on the Cross of your power when the sun was obscured and the earth trembled, when the tombs were opened and the bodies of the saints were raised up. In His death, he destroyed you, the one who had the power over death. I exorcise you in the name of God, who has shown the tree of life and who established the cherubim, the angels, with the sword of fire to protect it. Back, Satan! I exorcise you for the One who walks on the waves of the sea as well as on land and who commands the fury of the winds. I exorcise you for the One whose gaze dries up the abysses and whose threat causes the mountains to melt. It is still He who through us commands you. Remain in your fear, go out, get out of this creature, and do not come back here, do not meet her anymore, have no more influence on her, neither during the night or during the day, not in the morning or at noon; rather, return to your hell until the appointed day of the great judgment. God is enthroned upon the cherubim. He contemplates the abysses. In His presence the angels tremble: the thrones, the dominions, the principalities, the virtues, the powers, the cherubs with many eyes, and the seraphim with six wings. Before Him, heaven and earth tremble, the sea and all that enclose it. Go out and abandon the soldier who is elected by Christ our God and is marked by his seal. It is in Him that I exorcise you, through the One who advances on the wings of the wind and who makes flames of fire His servants. Get out of this creature; abandon her, you and your power and your angels, so that the name of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit may be glorified, now and forever and ever.

The Second Baptismal Exorcism
(From the Orthodox Euchologion) Through the holy, terrible, and glorious God, for the One who is incomprehensible and inconceivable in all His works and in His power, for the One who has destined you to the anguish of eternal begging, O devil, and in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, the true God, we His unworthy servants, command you and all the powers working with you. Through the power of Jesus Christ, who possesses all the power in heaven and on earth and who said to the deaf mute: “Come out of this man and return no more to him,” I exorcise you, impure, foreign, and evil spirit. I recognize the weakness of your power; you do not even have power over swine. Remember the One who ordered you, according to your request, to enter the herd of pigs. Fear God: by His command, the earth is fixed on the waters. He created heaven; He set the mountains on their level and the plains to their measure. He put sand as the limit of the sea and created a firm path in the waters. He touches the mountains and they cover themselves with smoke. He dresses the light like a cloak; He extends the sky like a tent. He covers the peak of His dwelling with the waters. He establishes the earth on its firmament. He calls the water of the seas and spreads them over the face of the earth. Go out of and abandon the one who is preparing for the holy illumination. I exorcise you through the redemptive Passion of our Lord Jesus Christ, His venerable Body and Blood and His terrible return—because He will come to judge all the earth. He will punish you in the fire of hell, you and your power, and He will toss you into the darkness, where the worms crawl incessantly and where the fire never goes out; because power is with Christ, our God, with the Father and with the Holy Spirit, now and forever, world without end.

Third Baptismal Exorcism
(From the Orthodox Euchologion) Lord of hosts, O God, who heals from every evil and from every sickness look at Your servant and examine him, try him, distance from him each diaboloical action. Punish the impure spirits and hunt them, purify the work of Your hands and through Your irresistible force, put Satan under your feet and give him victory over the devil and unclean spirits. May he be judged worthy of the heavenly and immortal mysteries after having received Your mercy and given You glory, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, now and forever and ever.

Fourth Baptismal Exorcism
(From the Orthodox Euchologion) Lord and Master, You created man in your image and likeness; You gave him power to reach eternal life, and afterward You did not despised him or scorn him when he fell into sin. Rather, You gave him salvation in the world through the incarnation of your Son. You Yourself, after freeing Your creature from the slavery of the enemy, welcome him into Your heavenly kingdom, so that the light of Your gospel can shine on him; You join to his life an angel of light that liberates from all the evil of the enemy, from the encounter with the Evil One, from the noonday devil, and from perverse illusions. Cast out from him every evil and impure spirit that hides in his heart. Chase away from him the spirit of iniquity, the spirit of idolatry, the spirit of lies, boundless greed, and all impurity, all that is inspired by the devil’s instigations. Breaking Bonds From Previous Sexual Partners
In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and with the authority of the Church, I break any ties between N. and all former sexual partners, (including N., N., N., etc...). I break all ties including any mental, emotional, spiritual and physical bonds with all former sexual partners, and anyone with whom they have had relations as well. I wash N. in the blood of the Lamb and cleanse him (her) from any stain of sin or attachment of any kind to these individuals. I also ask our Lord to free those former partners from any evil caused by these relationships. May St. Michael and the Holy Angels sever any bonds of sin and protect this person from all evil and harm. I pray that the Blessed Mother would spread her mantle of protection over N. now and always.
Breaking Occult Ties
In the Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ, through the merits of the Most Holy Virgin Mary, through the intercession of Saint Michael the Archangel, the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul and all the saints, I break every occult tie of black magic (sorcery, curse, etc.) between you, foul spirit N. (name of demon) and N. (name of person). I bind every power of this spirit and I command him to leave N. and to go to the foot of the cross.

In the Holy Name of Jesus, with the authority of my priesthood, through the authority granted to me by Jesus Christ and His Church, through the merits of the Passion, Death, Resurrection, and Ascension of our Lord Jesus and His sending of the Holy Spirit, I invoke the keys of St. Peter and I decommission this tattoo and break and sever + each and every connection between this tattoo and the Evil One and his associates. I exorcise this image and the ink used to make this tattoo and sever each and every connection between this image and ink, and every demon who may have attached themselves to this body as a result of the tattoo. I nullify each and every claim or rights demons may assert to this body and person due to any magical images, symbols or scripts incorporated into the tattoo. And through this holy anointing I consecrate this person and their body to our Lord Jesus Christ through the hands of the Immaculate Virgin Mary and by the sign of HIs Holy Cross. Healing From Generational Curses, Demons, and Sins
Almighty God, I am in need of your grace and healing. I have spiritual, emotional and physical needs for healing. I ask for forgiveness for my own sins of omission or commission which have contributed to them in any way. I humbly ask you to forgive and heal the sins of my ancestors, living and deceased, especially those that have led to generational curses, demonic presences, or generational evils in any way. With the help of your loving mercy, I willingly and fully forgive them, including those who have directly caused harm to me or my loved ones. May the blood of Christ completely wash my ancestors, myself and our entire family tree from any of these generational evils. May the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ break any generational occult ties or ties to any kind of evil. May these evil presences be replaced by the holy Powers of heaven and may God’s holy angels stand guard, protecting each and every member of my family. In the holy name of Jesus Christ and through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, may we be completely healed and cleansed, and live always in your saving peace.
Leo XIII Minor Exorcism Prayers
1. The presence of the Devil and other demons appears and exists not only in the tempting or tormenting of persons, but also in the penetration of things and places in a certain manner by their activity, and in various forms of opposition to and persecution of the Church. If the Diocesan Bishop, in particular situations, judges it appropriate to announce gatherings of the faithful for prayer, under the leadership and direction of a Priest, elements for arranging a rite of supplication may be taken from the following.
2. When the assembly of the faithful is gathered, the Priest says:
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
All sign themselves and say: Amen.
3. Then the Priest, extending his hands, greets those present, saying:
God the almighty Father, who desires that everyone be saved, be with you all.
All reply: And with your spirit.
4. Then the Priest briefly addresses those present in order to dispose their hearts and minds for the celebration. Then it is appropriate that a celebration of the Word of God take place, with a brief homily by the Priest who presides, in which, taking his starting point from the text of the readings, he addresses the people about hope in Christ’s victory and about the help of the Angels. The texts of the readings and of the Responsorial Psalms may be selected from approved Lectionaries.
5. The Litany of Saints may be recited, which the Priest may conclude with the prayer that follows:
Holy Creator Spirit, mercifully draw close to the Catholic Church, and by your heavenly power make her strong and secure against the attacks of the enemy; renew with your charity and grace the spirit of your servants, whom you have anointed, that in you they may glorify the Father and his Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
All reply: Amen
6. A Universal Prayer may also be composed, after which the Lord’s Prayer must always be said in the customary way.
7. After this, the Priest, with hands joined, adds:

10. Then, the Priest, with hands extended, says this imperative formula in the manner of an Exorcism. The faithful, should themselves refrain from saying it.
I exorcize you, every unclean spirit, every power of darkness, every incursion of the infernal enemy, every diabolical legion, cohort, and faction, in the name and power of our Lord Jesus Christ. Be uprooted and put to flight from the Church of God, from souls created in the image of God and redeemed by the precious blood of the divine Lamb.
Dare no more, O cunning serpent, to deceive the human race, to persecute the Church of God, to shake the chosen of God and sift them like wheat.
The most high God commands you, God, to whom in your great pride you still presume to be held equal, God, who desires everyone to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. God the Father commands you,
God the Son commands you, God the Holy Spirit commands you. Christ commands you, he, the eternal Word of God made flesh, who to save our race, lost through your envy, humbled himself and became obedient unto death, who built his Church on solid rock and proclaimed that the gates of hell would never prevail against her, since he himself would remain with her always, even to the consummation of the world.
The sacrament of the Cross + commands you, and the power of all mysteries of the Christian faith. The exalted Virgin Mary Mother of God commands you, she who in her lowliness crushed your proud head from the first moment of her Immaculate Conception. The faith of the holy Apostles Peter and Paul and of all the Apostles commands you. The blood of the Martyrs and the devoted intercession of all the Saints command you.
Therefore, diabolical legion, I command you by the living God, by the true God, by the holy God, by the God who so loved the world that he gave his Only Begotten Son, that everyone who believes in him might not perish but have eternal life: cease deceiving human creatures and offering them the poison of eternal perdition. Cease doing harm to the Church and seeking to ensnare her freedom.
Be gone, Satan, Father of Lies, enemy of human salvation. Give way to Christ, in whom you found no trace of your works. Give way to the one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church, which Christ himself won by his blood.
Be humbled beneath the mighty hand of God; tremble and flee through the holy name of Jesus, before whom hell quakes,
to whom the Virtues of the heavens, the Powers and Dominions are subject, whom Cherubim and Seraphim praise with unceasing voices, acclaiming: Holy, Holy, Holy Lord, God of hosts....
11. After this, the following antiphon is sung or recited:
We fly to your protection, O holy Mother of God; despise not our petitions in our necessities, but ever deliver us from all danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin.
This prayer to Saint Michael the Archangel may also be recited, or another prayer better known to the people:
O most glorious prince of the heavenly hosts, Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle against the principalities and powers, against the rulers of darkness in this world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavens. Come to the aid of mankind, which God has made in his own likeness and purchased at great price from the tyranny of the Devil.
The holy Church venerates you as guardian and champion; the Lord has entrusted to you the souls of the redeemed destined for happiness on high. Beseech the God of peace to crush Satan under our feet, that he no longer be able to hold mankind captive and do harm to the Church.
Offer our prayers in the sight of the Most High, that the mercies of the Lord may quickly meet us, and that you may seize the dragon, the ancient serpent, who is the Devil and Satan, and cast him bound into that abyss where he can no longer lead the nations astray.

Submit yourself therefore to Him Who has subdued you through the holy prophets Samuel, David and Daniel. Yield to our Lord Jesus Christ, because when you saw Him, you said in fear, “Son of God, did you come to torment us?” He will condemn you to eternal fire, the fire you will receive along with your legions. Depart, therefore, accursed one, from this man (woman); get out, because our Lord has made man to be His worthy temple and His dwelling. Why delay, devil, in leaving? Do you refuse, therefore, the glory of the Almighty, to Whom every being in the heavens and on the earth prostrate themselves? Leave this place, accursed devil, for Christ, with the Father and the Holy Spirit, comes and places their dwelling in him (her). For He has poured His blood and offered Himself up for man on the Cross. Get out therefore, flee, the desert that awaits you, shamed Satan, vile serpent. Do not resist the Lord, your Sovereign King for He will come soon, without delay, to judge the heavens and the earth.
He will punish you with all your legions, throwing you to the fire of Gehenna, in the darkness of the abyss, where there is a worm that gnaws and the fire that never is extinguished. It is He who throws you, He who inspires awe in all the earth, and for this, therefore, I exorcise you and rebuke you so that you may depart from the man (woman) N., if indeed you dwell in him (her). But if you do not do this, and you despise my reproach, you do not do it with me, a worthless and unworthy priest, but with the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and He who shall come to judge the living and the dead, it is He who will throw you along with your legions in hell forever which never ends, nor decreases, on the contrary always increases.

Prayer Against Retaliation From the Power Of Evil
We cover ourselves with the Blood of Jesus Christ through the sign of His life-giving Cross +. We soak our families, our relations, our house, our office, our food, our financial resources, our friends and well-wishers with the powerful Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We cover the whole air, the whole land and the whole sea with the Blood of Jesus Christ. Satan, it is written in Revelation 12: “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.” We use the Blood of Jesus to cover us now.
In + Jesus’ Name, we break every power of darkness that has entangled us. We destroy all the web of Satan against us. We loose ourselves from all the powers of darkness against us.
In + Jesus’ name, we destroy and nullify all the curses, covenants and the initiation from Satan and his agents against us. We destroy any spell, incantations, curses, covenants, initiations and manipulation from any negative spirits.
In the powerful name of Jesus + Christ, Father, we come against all the demons that Satan has assigned to attack us spiritually or physically. It is written in the book of Isaiah: “No weapon that is formed against me shall prosper and every tongue that shall rise against me in judgment I shall condemn.”
In the name of Jesus + Christ, we come against all powers of darkness in the dream. We bind and cast out the demons that attack us through dreams.
Signed, sealed and protected by God and hidden in Christ we know that nothing can separate us from God’s love, joy and peace.

Prayer for Healing of Mind, Body, and Spirit
This is another standard prayer used by AMOE. It is used when extraordinary demonic attack goes hand in hand with psychological and/or physical illness.
Dear Lord, I know that there is no sickness that you cannot heal. You know all things, you can do all things, and you love N. With faith in your promise that whatever we ask in prayer, You will grant us if it will be good for our soul. I come before you to ask for healing of body, mind, emotions, and spirit for N. Touch him (her) now where he (she) is hurting most. Only you know what kind of healing he (she) needs most right now. Let the grace of your divine love flow and spread to the different parts of his (her) body reaching the inner recesses of his (her) being. Comfort him (her) in his (her) pain and anguish. Correct any malfunctioning of his (her) body organs. Melt with your healing love any abnormal growths. Arrest all further spreading of all sick cells and replace them with healthy cells. Root out all unresolved hurts, resentments, fears, and feelings of despair and frustration. Heal all painful memories and repercussions of traumatic experiences. Grant him (her) the grace to accept this trial and suffering as a share in your own sufferings of his (her) soul and those of his (her) family and loved ones. Forgive him (her) for all his (her) sins and fill him (her) with your love, peace, joy, kindness, and generosity. Let him (her) realize the deeper meaning of his (her) sickness and trial and lead him (her) closer to you as he (she) finds comfort in your loving heart. Let him (her) find joy arid peace amidst his (her) suffering, and with eyes of faith, see the blessing and victory that await him (her). And then, Father, after he (she) has been healed may he (she) be a witness of your healing power and bring glory, honor, and praise to you. In the name of our + Lord Jesus Christ, who was crucified under Pontius Pilate, was buried and rose again, giving us the authority to trample on scorpions, snakes, and the power of the enemy, I his useless servant and sinful priest, who was given the power by the Bride of Christ, the Holy Church, I dissolve and declare it to be so every magic of yours accursed Satan.
Therefore, I order you, together with all of your servants, to never have any more power to possess this body, from head to toe. Leave therefore immediately, with all the evil and your machination, in the name of Him Who will come to judge the living and the dead by a purifying fire. Amen.

Prayers of Deliverance
(I)
This is the standard prayer used by AMOE during deliverance sessions. It is important, especially the minister is a priest, to lay one hand on the head of the victim. The hand used may be holding a crucifix or a relic of a saint. This prayer is said a few times as the minister watches for any reaction in the victim. After the prayers are said, the minister should ask what if any physical (headache, stomachache, etc.) and emotional (anger, fear etc.) reactions the victim experienced and at what point in the session. This will help in discernment.
In the Name of Jesus of Nazareth, through his tremendous power as God and through his most powerful and salvific Name, I rebuke, repudiate, bind, and cast out all evil spirits. I command all of you, in the Name of Jesus, to depart right now from N. and go immediately and directly to the foot of the cross of Jesus and never return.
O Most Holy Spirit, fill all the empty spaces left by the evil spirits with your presence and love. I consecrate N. entirely to you, O most Blessed Trinity, through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Amen.
(II)
This is an alternative deliverance prayer; it can be used in conjunction with the above deliverance prayer. It has been adapted from its original format.
In the Name of Jesus Christ, I command you, you spirit of (name) to depart without doing harm to N. or anyone else in this place, or in his (her) family, and without making any noise or disturbance; and I command you to go straight to Jesus Christ to dispose of as he will. Furthermore, I command you never again to return. O Most Holy Spirit, fill all the empty spaces left by the evil spirits with your presence and love. I consecrate N. entirely to you, O most Blessed Trinity, through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Heavenly Father, I praise and thank you for all you have given me. Please cover me with the protective, precious blood of your Son, Jesus Christ, and increase your Holy Spirit in me with His gifts of wisdom, knowledge, understanding, hunger for prayer, guidance, and discernment to help me know your will and surrender to it more completely.
Father, please heal my negative emotions and any wounds in my heart and spirit. Send the sword of your Holy Spirit to sever and break all spells, curses, hexes, voodoo, and all negative genetic, intergenerational and addictive material, past, present, or to come, known or unknown, against me, my relationships and family, finances, possessions, and ministry.
Father, I forgive and I ask forgiveness for my sins and failings and I ask that my whole person, body and mind, heart and will, soul and spirit, memory and emotions, attitudes and values lie cleansed, renewed, and protected by the most precious blood of your Son Jesus.
To be prayed by the minister:
In the Name, power, blood, and authority of Jesus Christ, bind and break the power and effect in or around N. of any and all evil spirits who are trying to harm him (her) in any way and I command these spirits and their companion spirits in the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit to leave him (her) peacefully and quietly and go immediately and directly to the Eucharistic presence of Jesus Christ in the closest Catholic Church tabernacle, to be disposed of by Jesus and never again return to harm him (her).
Dear Holy Spirit, please fill up any void in N. to overflowing with your great love. All this, Father, I pray in the Name of Jesus Christ by the guidance of your Holy Spirit. Immaculate Heart of Mary spouse of the Holy Spirit please pray, for me and with me.

Lord, almighty, merciful, and omnipotent God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, drive out from N. all influence of evil spirits. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I plead you to break any chain that the Devil has on him (her).
Pour upon N. the most Precious Blood of your Son. May his immaculate and redeeming Blood break all bonds of his (her) body or mind. I ask you this through the intercession the Blessed Virgin Mary. Archangel Saint Michael, intercede and come to his (her) help. In the Name of Jesus, I command all demons that could have any influence over N. to leave him (her) forever. By his scourging, his crown of thorns, his cross, by his blood and resurrection, I command all evil spirits to leave him (her).

If possible the prayer session should be held in a sacred place with at least a Crucifix or an image or Icon of Our Lord or of Our Lady, or in front of the Blessed Sacrament.

Renouncement
In the case of a child or one who can not yet speak and therefore cannot yet make their own renouncements and supplications, the parents or guardians stand on their behalf.

This prayer can be used as an option if the afflicted is deep into the practice of the occult.
The Afflicted with true sorrow and repentance says:
Heavenly Father, in the name of your only begotten Son, Jesus + Christ, I renounce Satan and all his works, witchcraft, the use of divination, the use of the Occult Third Eye and the Evil Eye, the practicing of sorcery, dealings with mediums and spiritualists, Ouija boards, astrology, horoscopes, numerology, all types of fortune telling, palm reading, tea-leaves reading, levitation, and anything associated with the occult and Satan, whether knowingly or through ignorance, I renounce all of them in the name of the Lord Jesus + Christ who came in the flesh, and by the power of His Cross, His blood and His resurrection, I break their hold over me.
I confess all these sins before you and ask you to cleanse and forgive me. I confess with my lips and my heart that Jesus Christ is the only Son of God, and ask you Lord Jesus to enter my heart and create in me the kind of person you have intended me to be. I ask you to send forth Your Holy Spirit and renew me with His life-giving and sanctifying gifts, just as when you breathed on the apostles the Holy Spirit after your resurrection and sealed and empowered them on the day of Pentecost.
I thank you Almighty Father according to the riches of your glory, for strengthening my inner spirit with the power of your Holy Spirit, so that Christ may dwell in my heart. Through faith, rooted and grounded in love, may I be able to comprehend with all the saints, the breadth, length, height, and depth of Christ’s love which surpasses all knowledge. To be prayed by the Afflicted:
I believe in one God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible. I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten Son of God, born of the Father before all ages. God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father; through him all things were made. For us men and for our salvation he came down from heaven, and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and became man. For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate, He suffered death and was buried, and rose again on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead and his kingdom will have no end. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son, who with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified, who has spoken through the prophets. Exorcism of the spirits of divination and Occult Third Eye
The Afflicted firmly and with faith says:
I renounce all the spirits of divination and the power of demons that came in me to give me this power and I command you to leave me now in the name of Jesus + Christ. (3x)
Silently the Afflicted prays in Mind and Heart while to priest prays for the Afflicted:
All spirits of darkness and divination leave me now in the name of Jesus.
(To be repeated by the Afflicted silently in mind and heart with faith.)
For the Priest:
The priest proceeds to break all ties the Afflicted has with the spirit of divination and occult powers. With his right hand over the head of the Afflicted and the helm of his stole around the neck of the Afflicted he then says:
In the Name of + Jesus, I break any unholy ties, links and bondages between N. and the spirit of divination and all evil sources and spirits. (3x)
The priest meanwhile, instructs the Afflicted to look directly at him. Do not let the Afflicted close his/her eyes. The priest with authority and faith, while his right hand is placed over the Afflicted and the helm of his stole around the neck of the Afflicted, commands the spirits saying:
Spirits of darkness and divination, I command you, in the Name of + Jesus, come out of N., leave and never return. (3x)
The above command can be repeated as necessary if there is a reaction until deliverance is made.
Next, get the Afflicted to agree with you to seal the “third eye” opening to the spirit realm. To seal or close the “third eye,” anoint the Afflicted generously with exorcised oil or oil of the infirmed or oil of catechumens on the forehead and command in the name of Jesus that “the third eye” permanently be closed, never to be opened again:
Occult Third Eye given by the spirit of divination, I command you, in the Name of + Jesus (anointing the forehead) to be closed and never to be opened again. (3x)
The above commands can be repeated as necessary if there is a reaction until deliverance is made.
It is fitting that the Afflicted makes his consecration to God or the Most Immaculate Virgin Mary.
P. With firm trust and love of God, make your Consecration to the Most Immaculate Virgin Mary, Our Mother, so that through her intercession you may be liberated from the power of evil.
While kneeling the Afflicted makes the Act of Consecration before a crucifix, an icon or image of Our Lord or of Our Lady, or before the Blessed Sacrament:
O Most Immaculate and Loving Virgin Mary, Mother of God and my Mother, Who was present at the crucifixion and death of your Son Jesus on the hill of Calvary, Have mercy on me, your son (your daughter), have mercy on this poor suffering body of mine harassed and oppressed by the Evil One. Through the merits of your sorrows, grant me relief and comfort. Close now my psychic abilities, which I have obtained through the power of demons. These psychic abilities I renounce and surrender totally to you. I consecrate myself to you, I dedicate myself to you, I offer myself to you. Prayer to the Venerable Cross
To be said by the priest while showing the Cross and making the Sign of the Cross with it:
+ Let God arise and let his enemies be scattered; and let those who hate Him Flee before His Presence. As smoke vanishes, so let them vanish; and as wax melts before the fire, so let the demons perish before the presence of those who love God and who sign themselves with the Sign of the Cross and say in gladness: Hail, most precious and life-giving Cross of the Lord, for You drive away the demons by the power of our Lord Jesus Christ who was crucified on You and who went down to Hell and trampled on the power of the devil, and gave us You, His venerable Cross, for driving away all enemies. The Afflicted kisses the Cross, saying:

The priest puts his hand on the head of the Afflicted and says:

Exorcism of the spirits of divination and Occult Third Eye
The Afflicted firmly and with faith says:
I renounce all the spirits of divination and the power of demons that came in me to give me this power and I command you to leave me now in the name of Jesus + Christ. (3x)
Silently the Afflicted prays in Mind and Heart while to priest prays for the Afflicted:
All spirits of darkness and divination leave me now in the name of Jesus.

For the Priest
The priest proceeds to break all ties the Afflicted has with the spirit of divination and occult powers. With his right hand over the head of the Afflicted and the helm of his stole around the neck of the Afflicted he then says:
In the Name of + Jesus, I break any unholy ties, links and bondages between N. and the spirit of divination and all evil sources and spirits. (3x)
The priest meanwhile, instructs the Afflicted to look directly at him. Do not let the Afflicted close his/her eyes. The priest with authority and faith, while his right hand is placed over the Afflicted and the helm of his stole around the neck of the Afflicted, commands the spirits saying:
Spirits of darkness and divination, I command you, in the Name of + Jesus, come out of N., leave and never return. (3x)
The above command can be repeated as necessary if there is a reaction until deliverance is made.
Next, get the Afflicted to agree with you to seal the “third eye” opening to the spirit realm. To seal or close the “third eye,” anoint the Afflicted generously with exorcised oil or oil of the infirmed or oil of catechumens on the forehead and command in the name of Jesus that “the third eye” permanently be closed, never to be opened again:
Occult Third Eye given by the spirit of divination, I command you, in the Name of + Jesus (anointing the forehead) to be closed and never to be opened again. (3x)

Prayers to Break the Freemasonic Curse
If you were once a member of a Masonic organization or are a descendant of someone who was, it is recommended that you pray these prayers. It is advisable to read it through first so you know what is involved. It is best to pray this aloud in the presence of a witness who is a practicing Catholic. There are differences between British Commonwealth Masonry and American & Prince Hall Masonry in the higher degrees. In the name of Jesus Christ and by the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, I renounce and cut off Witchcraft, the principal spirit behind Freemasonry, and I renounce and cut off BAPHOMET, the Spirit of Antichrist and the spirits of Death, and Deception. I renounce the insecurity, the love of position and power, the love of money, avarice or greed, and the pride which would have led my ancestors into Masonry. I renounce all the fears which held them in Masonry, especially the fears of death, fears of men, and fears of trusting, in the name of Jesus Christ and by the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
I renounce every position held in the lodge by any of my ancestors or myself, including "Master," "Worshipful Master," or any other. I renounce the calling of any man "Master," for Jesus Christ is my only Lord and master, and He forbids anyone else having that title. I renounce the entrapping of others into Masonry, and observing the helplessness of others during the rituals. I renounce the effects of Masonry passed on to me through any female ancestor who may or may not have felt distrusted and rejected by her husband as he entered and attended any lodge and refused to tell her of his secret activities. I also renounce all obligations, oaths and curses enacted by every female member of my family through any direct membership of all Women's Orders of Freemasonry, the Order of the Eastern Star, or any other Masonic or occultic organization.
33rd & Supreme Degree
In the name of Jesus Christ and by the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, I renounce the oaths taken and the curses involved in the supreme Thirty-Third Degree of Freemasonry, the Grand Sovereign Inspector General. I renounce the secret passwords, DEMOLAY-HIRUM ABIFF, FREDERICK OF PRUSSIA, MICHA, MACHA, BEALIM, and ADONAI and all they mean.
I renounce all of the obligations of every Masonic degree, and all penalties invoked. I renounce and utterly forsake The Great Architect of the Universe, who is revealed in this degree as Lucifer, and his false claim to be the universal fatherhood of God. I renounce the cable tow around the neck. I renounce the death wish that the wine drunk from a human skull should turn to poison and the skeleton whose cold arms are invited if the oath of this degree is violated. Blue Lodge
In the name of Jesus Christ and by the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, I renounce the oaths taken and the curses involved in the First or Entered Apprentice Degree, especially their effects on the throat and tongue. I renounce the Hoodwink blindfold and its effects on spirit, emotions and eyes, including all confusion, fear of the dark, fear of the light, and fear of sudden noises. I renounce the blinding of spiritual truth, the darkness of the soul, the false imagination, condescension and the spirit of poverty caused by the ritual of this degree.
I also renounce the usurping of the marriage covenant by the removal of the wedding ring. I renounce the secret word, BOAZ, and all it means. I renounce the serpent clasp on the apron, and the spirit of PYTHON which it brought to squeeze the spiritual life out of me. I renounce the ancient pagan teaching from Babylon & Egypt and the symbolism of the First Tracing Board. I renounce the mixing and mingling of truth and error, the mythology, fabrications and lies taught as truth, and the dishonesty by leaders as to the true understanding of the ritual, and the blasphemy of this degree of Freemasonry.
I renounce the presentation to every compass direction, for all the earth is the Lord's, and everything in it. I renounce the cable tow noose around the neck, the fear of choking and also every spirit causing asthma, hay fever, emphysema or any other breathing difficulty. York Rite
I renounce and forsake the oaths taken and the curses involved in the York Rite Degrees of Masonry. I renounce the Mark Lodge and the mark in the form of squares and angles, which marks the person for life. I also reject the jewel or occult talisman which may have been made from this mark sign and worn at lodge meetings; the Mark Master Degree with its secret word JOPPA, and its penalty of having the right ear smote off and the curse of permanent deafness, as well as the right hand being chopped off for being an imposter.
I also renounce and forsake the oaths taken and the curses involved in the other York Rite Degrees, including Past Master, with the penalty of having my tongue split from tip to root; and of the Most Excellent Master Degree, in which the penalty is to have my breast torn open and my heart and vital organs removed and exposed to rot on the dung hill.

Ask the person what sort of problem they have. Is it emotional / psychological, physical or spiritual? You have to ask the person to go back into the memory and to relive and recreate the memory again. The power of the memory in the unconscious has the ability to recreate the physical or emotional impact that the person experienced at the time of the incident.
Then you start healing the memory in Jesus’ Name. For example, “were you ever the victim of abuse, verbal, physical, sexual, psychological or otherwise?” if “yes”, then say:

Cleansing Prayers
Lord Jesus, thank You for sharing with us Your wonderful ministry of healing and deliverance. Thank You for the healing we have seen and experienced today. But we realize that the sickness and evil we encountered are more than our humanities can bear. So cleanse us of any sadness, negativity, or despair that we may have picked up during the course of this ministry.
If our ministry has tempted us to anger, impatience, or lust, cleanse us of those temptations and replace them with love, joy and peace. If any evil spirits have attached themselves to us or oppress us in any way, I command You, spirits of earth, air, fire, or water, of the netherworld or of nature, and all spirits not of the Holy Spirit to depart now and go straight to Jesus Christ, for Him to deal with as He wills.
Come, Holy Spirit, renew us, fill us anew with Your power, love and joy. Strengthen us where we have felt weak and clothe us with Your light. Fill us with life. And Lord Jesus, please send your holy angels to minister to us and our families and to guard and protect us from all sickness, harm, and accidents and guard us on a safe trip home, and grant us a peaceful night’s rest. A Deliverance Prayer Session Led by a Deacon
(General Format)
Guidelines:

Entire session should last on average 20-40 minutes.

Wear clerics (or alb) with purple stole.

Deacons are ordained clerics and can pray In Persona Ecclesiae (in the person of the Church). They do not pray In Persona Christi, as do priests. They lead the people in prayer.

Deacons should not use imprecatory prayers, ie., directly addressing demons and commanding them to leave. They should use deprecatory prayers and invoke God (Jesus, BVM, etc) and ask Him to cast them out. They can make any prayer a deprecatory prayer by simply adjusting the prayer so it is addressed to God.

Deacons should not pray the Rite of Exorcism or the Leo XIII prayers. They should not address demons directly, such as asking them their names. If the individual manifests to the extent that a demonic presence and voice comes forward, then that person should be referred to an exorcist. Ask the person to stop manifesting and come back to consciousness. Bring the session to a close with a gentle prayer such as the Rosary or Our Father.

Deacons should not underestimate their ministry and the power of the Church praying. The Church has complete authority over demons, given directly by Jesus. Casting out demons is one of the major tasks given to the Church by Jesus himself, in continuation of His ministry.

Lord Jesus Christ, in Your love and mercy establish a perimeter of protection around N. and myself and all our loved ones, those who pray for us and their loved ones. May the Holy Angels guard him/her/us and all our possessions, establishing a perimeter of protection around N., rendering him/her/us immune from any kind of demonic influence. I ask that no demonic bondage, door, demonic entity, portal, astral projection or disembodied spirit may enter the space of 100 yards in all directions of him/her/us. I ask that any demons within this vicinity or any that should try to enter here be rendered deaf, dumb, and blind; that You would strip them of all weapons, armor, power, illusions, and authority; that You would bind, rebuke and disable them from communicating or interacting with each other in any way. Remove them, sending them directly to the foot of Thy Cross. Jesus, Son of the Most High, I ask this in Your Glorious and Most Holy Name. Amen.

IV. Lifting Curses and Rejecting Evil Spirits (Prayed by the Afflicted Person and Witnessed by the Deacon)
At the discretion of the deacon, the afflicted person may explicitly reject any types or names of demons or related curses or sinful behaviors or give voice to any necessary forgiveness. In which case, the individual will want to use the prayers to lift curses, against generational curses, against Freemasonry curses or whatever is applicable.
See section at the end of this document entitled “Potential Deliverance Prayers for the Afflicted Person to Recite” for some of these prayers, e.g. Prayer for Breaking Curses of the Occult, Prayer Against Sorcery, Prayer to Remove Generational Spirits, Deliverance Prayers for People or Places, Prayer to Break the Freemasonic Curse, Breaking Bonds from Previous Illicit Sexual Partners, An Act of Forgiveness. There are other similar kinds of prayers in the APP: “Catholic Exorcism.”
The afflicted person will recite these prayers. After each prayer, the deacon will say a witness prayer, such as:
In the name of Jesus Christ, I witness your rejection of these demons/evil spirits, and I ask God to cast them out. May the Blood of Jesus wash over you and cleanse you of these and all evil spirits and all evil bonds and attachments.
The afflicted persons may also be asked to confess the Faith and to profess that they commit themselves to God and to Jesus, such as reciting the Nicene Creed:
I believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all that is seen and unseen. I believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten not made, one in Being with the Father. Through him all things were made. For us men and for our salvation he came down from heaven: by the power of the Holy Spirit he was born of the Virgin Mary, and became man. For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate; he suffered, died, and was buried. On the third day he rose again in fulfillment of the Scriptures; he ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son. The afflicted person may want to make a short consecration to the Blessed Virgin Mary, such as:
My Queen and my Mother, I give myself entirely to you; and to show my devotion to you, I consecrate to you this day and every day my eyes, my ears, my mouth, my heart, my whole being without reserve. Wherefore, good Mother, as I am your own, keep me, guard me, as your precious possession. Amen.
Prayer for Breaking Curses of the Occult (Deacon)
We ask God Almighty, through the Most Precious Blood of Jesus, to break any and all evil curses, pacts, spells, seals, hexes, vexes, triggers, trances, vows, demonic blessings, or any other demonic bondages sent against N. or us, or any of our loved ones or any of our possessions; May God bind them all and break them in the Name of the Father and of the Son + and of the Holy Spirit. (3x)
Finally, at the end of all these prayers of renunciation and faith, the Deacon ends it by praying:
Heavenly Father, N. renounces the Evil One and his demons and all their sinful works and empty promises. He/She cries out to You seeking Your Mercy, Healing, and Protection. I ask our Blessed Mother and all the Saints of Heaven to intercede with me as I beseech You: hear the humble prayers of N. and, in accordance with your most holy will, grant N. the Healing and Peace only You can bring. Prayer Invoking the Aid of Saint Michael the Archangel

Come to the rescue of mankind, whom God has made in His own image and likeness, and purchased from Satan’s tyranny at so great a price. Holy Church venerates you as her patron and guardian. The Lord has entrusted to you the task of leading souls of the redeemed to heavenly blessedness. Entreat the Lord of peace to cast Satan down under our feet, so as to keep him from further holding mankind captive and doing harm to the Church. Carry our prayers up to God’s throne, that the mercy of the Lord may quickly come and lay hold of the beast, the serpent of old, Satan and his demons, casting him in chains into the abyss, so that he can no longer seduce the nations.

You Who in Babylon changed into dew the flames of the “seven-times hotter” furnace and protected and saved the three holy children. You are the doctor and the physician of our souls. You are the salvation of those who turn to You. We beseech You to make powerless, banish, and drive out every diabolic power, presence, and machination; every evil influence, malefice, or evil eye and all evil actions aimed against Your servant... O Lord, You who love us, we beg You to reach out Your powerful hands and Your most high and mighty arms and come to our aid. Prayer to Remove Generational Spirits
Lord Jesus Christ, Incarnate Son of God the Father, Thou who has chosen to enter into human history by being carried in the womb of Thy Blessed Mother Mary, grant I beseech You, that any demons that may have been introduced into my generational line by any one of my ancestors may be blocked from passing to the subsequent generations. I ask You that if the evil spirit entered the generational line by the sin of one or more of my ancestors, that You would pardon them temporal punishment due to their sin and free us from the demon’s involvement in our lives. Blessed Virgin, we ask you to offer the Precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of your Son to God the Father in reparation for the sins of those ancestors who may have introduced any evil spirits into my generational line, as well as any subsequent sins that may have resulted from the evil spirits affecting those of the generational line. If any evil spirit has been introduced into my generational line as a result of a curse or malefice done by someone outside my family, I ask You to give me the grace to forgive them wholeheartedly and I ask You, Jesus to break the curse or malefice, if it is still in place. God the Father, I forgive them for any of the effects of their sin that they may have committed against my family line and for any damage it may have caused. Jesus, I ask You to forgive me of any sins that may be the result of any generational spirits in my family and I ask You to block any power the evil spirits may have gained in my generational line as a result of my own sin. Heal any damage in the lives of the members of my family as a result of the generational spirit. I bind and completely and utterly reject, with the full force of my will any sin or spiritual defect of mine as well as any temptation, allurements or power that any generational spirit may have over me as a result of my sin or the sin of any other person. Prayer to Break the Freemasonic Curse (Short Form)
God the Father, Creator of heaven and earth, I come to You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. I come as a sinner seeking forgiveness and cleansing from all sins committed against You, and others made in Your image. I honor my earthly father and mother and all of my ancestors of flesh and blood, and of the spirit by adoption and godparents, but I utterly turn away from and renounce all their sins. I forgive all my ancestors for the effects of their sins on me and my children. I confess and renounce all of my own sins. I renounce and rebuke Satan and every spiritual power of his affecting me and my family. I renounce and forsake all involvement in Freemasonry or any other lodge or craft by my ancestors and myself. In the name of Jesus Christ and by the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, I renounce and cut off Witchcraft, the principal spirit behind Freemasonry, and I renounce and cut off Baphomet, the Spirit of Antichrist and the spirits of Death, and Deception. I renounce the insecurity, the love of position and power, the love of money, avarice or greed, and the pride which would have led my ancestors into Masonry. I renounce all the fears which held them in Masonry, especially the fears of death, fears of men, and fears of trusting, in the name of Jesus Christ and by the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
I renounce every position held in the lodge by any of my ancestors or myself, including "Master," "Worshipful Master," or any other. I renounce the calling of any man "Master," for Jesus Christ is my only Lord and master, and He forbids anyone else having that title. I renounce the entrapping of others into Masonry, and observing the helplessness of others during the rituals. I renounce the effects of Masonry passed on to me through any female ancestor who may or may not have felt distrusted and rejected by her husband as he entered and attended any lodge and refused to tell her of his secret activities. I also renounce all obligations, oaths and curses enacted by every female member of my family through any direct membership of all Women's Orders of Freemasonry, the Order of the Eastern Star, or any other Masonic or occultic organization.
I renounce every evil spirit associated with Masonry and Witchcraft and all other sins, and I command in the name of Jesus Christ and by the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary for Satan and every evil spirit to be bound and to leave me now, touching or harming no-one, and go to the place appointed for you by the Lord Jesus, never to return to me or my family. I call on the name of the Lord Jesus to be delivered of these spirits, in accordance with Our Lord’s many promises. I ask to be delivered of every spirit of sickness, infirmity, curse, affliction, addiction, disease or allergy associated with these sins I have confessed and renounced. Holy Spirit, I ask that You show me anything else which I need to do or to pray so that I and my family may be totally free from the consequences of the sins of Masonry, Witchcraft, Mormonism and all related Paganism and Occultism.
God the Father, I ask humbly for the blood of Jesus Christ, Thy Son and my Savior, to cleanse me from all these sins I have confessed and renounced, to cleanse my spirit, my soul, my mind, my emotions and every part of my body which has been affected by these sins. I also ask that by the grace of Jesus Christ and by the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary every cell in my body to come into divine order now, and to be healed and made whole as they were designed to, by my loving Creator, including restoring all chemical imbalances and neurological functions, controlling all cancerous cells, and reversing all degenerative diseases. Breaking Bonds From Previous Illicit Sexual Partners
In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, I break any ties between myself and all former sexual partners, (including N., N., N., etc...). I break all ties including any mental, emotional, spiritual and physical bonds with all former sexual partners, and anyone with whom they have had relations as well. I take back what I gave and I give back what I took. I ask God now to wash me in the blood of the Lamb and cleanse me from any stain of sin or attachment of any kind to these individuals. I also ask our Lord to free those former partners from any evil caused by these relationships. May St. Michael and the Holy Angels sever any bonds of sin and protect this person from all evil and harm. I pray that the Blessed Mother would spread her mantle of protection over us all now and always.
An Act of Forgiveness
(Note: Forgiveness does not mean that what the person did to harm someone was okay. It also does not mean the one hurt should have “warm feelings” about the other person. Rather, it is an act of the will to let go of the hurt and to will the good of the other. This is important. Demons feed off unforgiveness. Moreover, unforgiveness can dysfunctionally bond the person to the abuser and the one harmed can remain a perpetual victim, under the control of the abuser. Forgiveness allows the person to let go of the person who caused the harm, to be open to God’s healing, and to be set free.)
Afflicted Person: In the name of Jesus Christ, I willingly forgive anyone who has hurt or harmed me (including N., N., N., etc...). I forgive him/her/them from the bottom of my heart and I ask God to bless him/her/them.
Deacon: I witness your forgiveness. I ask God to heal any unforgiveness and an inner wounds and trauma. May God heal you and all those who have hurt you. May you be released from any dysfunctional attachments, be healed in your heart, and set free in the name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus may you be healed. In the name of Jesus, be at peace.

In the name of the + Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, I break any satanic seal that maybe on you, or on any part of your life; by anything that may have been passed down through the generations, that may have occurred by anything you said or did, known or unknown, or by anything that may have been said or done toward you, in the name of Jesus Christ. The Word made flesh commands you; He born of the Virgin commands you; Jesus of Nazareth commands you, He who expelled you, while you scorned His disciples, to leave immediately from the man who had been outcast, nor presume to touch the heard of swine.
Therefore, adjured in His name, recede now from the man (or woman) who He Himself formed.
How difficult for you to resist leaving. How difficult for you against this harsh sting. When you delay in leaving, so much more does the begging increase; since you do not contend with men, but with Him Who came to judge the living and the dead and the world by fire.

Therefore, leave now! Leave seducer! To you is a seat of waist; for you is a dwelling of serpents. Be humbled and prostrate for now is not the time to delay.
Behold, the Lord and Ruler approaches quickly and His blazing fire proceeds before Him, the flame that surrounds His enemies. If indeed you poison man, you cannot mock God.
He has cast you out, to Whose eyes nothing is hidden. He has expelled you, to Whose power the whole universe is subject. Deep Scrub after a Session
Lord Jesus, thank you for sharing with us your wonderful ministry of healing and deliverance. We especially thank the Blessed Virgin Mary for her most powerful presence. We thank the Holy Angels, especially St. Michael and the Powers of heaven, for their never-failing presence and healing ministry. We thank the saints for their much needed and much appreciated intercession, including (name saints invoked).
I ask that you pour out the Most Precious Blood of our Lord Jesus right now upon all of us present, on our families, our loved ones, our possessions, and all our works and ministries. May the Most Precious Blood flood our memory, imagination, emotions, common sense power, cogitative power, and our entire minds. May it flood our hearts. May it flood our entire bodies, minds, souls and spirits, cleansing us of any evil influence or evil spirits that may have attached themselves or oppress us in any way. May the fire of the Holy Spirit bring healing to us. May the Spirit heal us, purify us, and sanctify us.
As we go forward, may the Blessed Virgin Mary spread her mantle of protection over us always, including our loved ones, our possessions and our ministries, on all we have and do and are. May the Holy Angels surround us. May we be protected from any curses or evil spells cast against us or from any evil retaliation. May we be completely sealed in the Blood of the Lamb and by protected the power of the Holy Spirit.
If our ministry has tempted us to anger, impatience, or lust, or any evil, cleanse us of those temptations and replace them with love, joy and peace. May we go forth this day in peace.

May God’s defending angels strip these witches and all Satan’s minions of psychic powers, demonic and occult powers. In the absence of a Catholic priest who would do the deliverance of the home, the Catholic family, united in the true faith, can do it for their own house.

Repeat the prayers and blessings when necessary every day as long as it is suspected that there is still an evil spirit lingering. In the case of severe demonic infestation of the house or property, the intervention of the Church through her priest is to be sought for.
Never use a talisman or anting-anting, or anything from the occult or New Age, or consult an albularyo or mantatawas. They may seem to heal or stop the evil presence. But in reality they make it worst because now the evil spirits enter your house waiting for the right time to do their evil work.
Trust in God’s love for you and your family. Live in faith, virtue, and holiness.
