Response: The answer is a resounding yes! We encourage everyone to use our prayers as needed. Moreover, a priest can bless people who are not Catholic. Exorcists can even perform a solemn exorcism on those who are not Catholic. I have done so on several occasions. These are all sacramentals which are not restricted to Catholics. Thus, they are great ways to introduce people to the truths of the Faith. However, the seven sacraments can only be licitly dispensed to Catholics, with rare exceptions. It is a wonderful grace to be a Catholic and we should share this grace with those with whom we come in contact. Sometimes just a little invitation to look into the Faith can spark a conversion.
